I've been using the Frontier Design WaveCenter with Cakewalk and an ADAT for nearly two years. My computer is a Pentium 200MMX w/  32M. I added the 168RC about a year ago. This is a great setup. Very solid. Very clean. The WaveCenter allows to fly ADAT tracks directly into Cakewalk, edit, add MIDI tracks and fly it back out  to ADAT or DAT (via S/PDIF), all in perfect sync. The Frontier folks are the best. Extremely responsive and knowledgable. I would highly recommend any of their products.
