I just wanted to drop a line and thank those of you who
have found this site and panel suite useful.
-----
Although the initial activity has dropped off in the
panel suite and the forum.. I will continue to operate
this site. Site upkeep is a no-brainer (it runs itself) and as long
as the 168RC is a viable piece of technology (I still
love mine!) I will continue.
Plus I'm one of those people who likes to think that
you can find 'something' about 'everything' on the
net, no matter how obscure!
-----
NetCycles:
An interesting note on this whole project. For
a while all is quiet. Nothing happens out here and
no email inquiries about the panel suite. Then
all of a sudden I'll get a 3 or 4 requests for the
panel suite in the span of a day or two. No reason that I can pinpoint.
Not geographically weighted.. pretty random locations. No
'advertising' from me. It's like a spark goes off in a few
heads simultaneously "Hey.. I wonder if someone ever wrote
a studioware panel for the 168! Let me check the net!"
It then slacks off back to zero for an extended time then
a flurry again. It's all very much like fishing...
-----
How many?:
Well the panel suite has been out for about 5 months
now. In case any of you are interested.. to
date I have sent out 92 packages. In
the grand scheme of things that's not an overwhelming number. But if you
stop and think, it's probably a sizable chunk of the people that own the
168RC and actually tried to use it with Cakewalk!

Prior messages:
Those of you who stop by often may notice that the earlier
messages are beginning to scroll off. The message board
holds them for only 60 days then boots them off.
I have archived them and will link them from the main
site in a couple of weeks.
-----
Ok signing off.. hope all of you are doing well in your
musical/engineering endeavors.
